Cancellation Policy

At 2025 EatN(GetN), we value your time and satisfaction. Our goal is to ensure that your ordering experience is as seamless and flexible as possible. Please review our cancellation guidelines below.

1. Order Cancellation Window

  • Orders can be canceled within 5 minutes of placing them through the EatN(GetN) app.

  • After the 5-minute window, cancellations may not be possible as the order might already be in preparation or out for delivery.

2. How to Cancel an Order

To cancel an order:

  • Use the "Cancel Order" feature directly within the EatN(GetN) app (available for 5 minutes after placing the order).

  • If the option is not available, you may contact our customer support immediately:

Please include your order number and reason for cancellation if contacting support.

3. Cancellation Charges

  • Cancellations within 5 minutes are free of charge.

  • Orders canceled after the 5-minute window may be subject to partial or full charges depending on the preparation status of the order.

  • Orders that are already dispatched cannot be canceled.

4. Failed Deliveries

  • If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details or unavailability of the customer, it will not be eligible for cancellation or refund unless valid reasons are provided.

5. Special Cases

  • For bulk or party orders, cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled delivery time. No cancellations will be accepted after this period.

  • In case of unavoidable circumstances (like service disruptions), you will be informed promptly, and a full refund will be issued where applicable.
