At 2025 EatN(GetN), customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please review our refund and cancellation policies below to understand your rights and how we handle issues related to your orders.
You may be eligible for a refund in the following cases:
Wrong items, damaged products, or poor-quality food.
Perishable items (groceries or food) that arrive unfresh or unconsumable.
⚠️ Issues must be reported within 2 hours of receiving the order.

Your order number
A brief description of the issue
A photo of the damaged/incorrect item (if applicable)
Once your refund request is reviewed and approved, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 2 business days.
You will receive a confirmation once the refund has been processed.
Orders delivered correctly and in good condition.
Orders refused by the customer without valid reason at the time of delivery.
Refund requests made after the 2-hour window.
Orders can be canceled within 5 minutes of placing them via the EatN(GetN) app with no charges.
After 5 minutes, cancellation may not be possible as the order could be in preparation or already out for delivery.

Using the “Cancel Order” feature in the app (if available)

Free if canceled within 5 minutes
Late cancellations may result in partial or full charges, depending on the status of the order
Orders that are already dispatched cannot be canceled
Must be canceled at least 2 hours before the scheduled delivery time
Cancellations after this window will not be accepted
